At Perplexa Atelier, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if you received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design).
To qualify:
• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of the error (e.g., a clear photo) must be provided.
