Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
• Customers are responsible for import duties & taxes
• Delivery time: 5–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
• All international orders come with tracking information, sent via email after dispatch.
Order Tracking
• All shipped orders receive tracking information via email or SMS.
• If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
• Perplexa Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect shipping information.
• If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or courier first.
• For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
